Responsibilities:
- Assist the current DR with New State Licensing & Renewals Project Management
- Assist the current DR with State and Federal Reporting (Pharmaceuticals)
- Ensure all SOPs are aligned to NABP standards
- Support staff members on SOPs and manage Training Logs
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards
- Manage new and ongoing projects with internal staff and external vendors
- Audit Customer Records from Licensing to Pedigree
- Report Monthly Financials/Report on Weekly Financials
Requirements:
- Ability to earn trust and respect from the project's stakeholders
- Ability to influence decisions that need to be made to make the project successful
- Attention to detail is key
- Strong Follow up and Project Management with strict deadlines due to State License and Accreditation renewals.
- Knowledge of the Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical/Clinic landscape, challenges, issues, and trends is preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills to manage and lead internal teams and external contacts.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using excel and other spreadsheet management software packages. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- The position requires strong organizational skills and experience in managing projects, timetables, and implementations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills/emotional intelligence are critical as well as excellent oral and written communication skills to direct and manage the activities of multiple departments, and positively communicate and work with professionals at all levels of the organization.
- Creative problem-solving using research and data required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year based on experience
