We are a Management Services Organization in the healthcare industry that provides non-clinical services to physicians, clinics and other healthcare providers and/or their business partners by alleviating the administrative burdens of operating a medical practice, and enabling fully-licensed physicians and other medical professionals to focus on patient care and maintain control over all medical and patient care decisions.  We support the medical professionals working in clinics and Med Spas (“Clinics”).We do all this primarily through an online technology platform. A new addition to the Company will be a Virtual/Broker Drug Wholesale model that will allow our Company to also provide specialized drug products to the clinics we service.

Job Description:

We are seeking a State Compliance Manager who is a qualified Designated Representative (DR)/FL CDR and/or Pharmacy Technician, in good standing that has a California DR license or is willing to take the CA and FL DR exams, for their Raleigh, North Carolina Virtual Distributor location.

As a Designated Representative (with Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Drug Industry experience) you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the logistics operations for our valued clinics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics, understanding their specific needs, and implementing innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with clinics, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of logistics activities. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. Provide State and Federal regulatory compliance guidance and reviews.

License/Certification/Qualifications – 1 of the 4 is REQUIRED:

  1. 1.Qualified as a Designated Representative (1-2 years of verifiable work experience in a licensed pharmacy, drug wholesaler, drug distributor, or drug manufacturer).
  2. 2. Licensed CA Designated Representative and/or
  3. 3. Pharmacy Technician.
  4. 4. Florida CDR

Schedule: (PT or FT – depending on the candidate)

This is an “in office” position with work hours that run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible) or possible PT placement with work hours of 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday in Raleigh, North Carolina 27615.

Salary:

$35 - $50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements: (qualified as Designated Representative)

  • Candidates must have 1-2 years of verifiable work experience in a licensed pharmacy, drug wholesaler, drug distributor, or drug manufacturer.
  • Candidates should have current knowledge of all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations.
  • The right candidate will have organizational skills to maintain accurate records, evaluate purchasing options and make efficient decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management, including cycle counting and reconciliation is essential to ensure stock level accuracy.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of shipping, receiving, inspection of incoming shipments, and package verification/reconciliation according to purchase order.
  • Proficient computer skills should include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and pharmacy software programs.
  • Pharmacy Technicians will be required to become a licensed Designated Representative with the California State Board of Pharmacy within the first 120 days of employment.
  • Be willing to visit local clinics and meet with customers.
  • Have the ability to make calls to customers and develop relationships and fulfill needs.
  • Outgoing personality and able to work well with others.
