State Compliance Manager – Prescription Drug Wholesaler – Miami, FL

We are a young pharmaceutical wholesale company assisting patients in Latin America in accessing drugs that are unavailable in their market.

Job Description:
We seek a State Compliance Manager that is a licensed Certified Designated Representative (CDR) with the State of Florida. 

As a Florida Certified Designated Representative, you'll oversee the distribution of medications, verify authenticity, maintain records, and uphold industry standards to ensure a safe and efficient supply of pharmaceuticals to patients, ensuring compliance with the FDA, DSCSA, and Florida Chapter 499.
License/Certification/Qualifications – REQUIRED: Licensed as a Florida Certified Designated Representative 

Schedule: 
This is a Part-time to possible Full-time “in-office” position in Miami, FL, with work hours from 9 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday.

Salary:
$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. (part time)

Requirements: (qualified as Designated Representative)
•  Knowledge of DSCSA, DEA, FDA, and Florida Chapter 499 regulations.
•  1-2 years of verifiable work experience in a drug wholesaler, distributor, or manufacturer.
•  Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
•  Demonstrate practical communication skills with the CEO, Manager, and Supply Chain Director.
•  Maintain accurate records, evaluate purchasing options, and make efficient decisions.
•  Experience with inventory management, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
•  Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inspecting incoming shipments, including package verification/reconciliation according to the purchase order.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and pharmacy software programs.
•  Possess an outgoing personality and ability to work well with others.
•  Experience in writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
•  Facility audit experience.
•  Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.
