CDR Resource Center is conducting a candidate search to find the right person to fill a position at a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler in Orlando, FL.

***This is a Part-time to Full-time onsite position with Flexible Hours***

Job description:

Seeking a dedicated Certified Designated Representative (CDR) to join the team on a part-time to full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our compliance with Florida's Board of Pharmacy regulations, ensuring the integrity and professionalism of our brokerage services. They will serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, particularly the Florida Board of Pharmacy, and oversee and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to the pharmaceutical brokerage business including facilitating the application, renewal, and maintenance of necessary licenses and permits required for the operation of the wholesaler. The CDR will be required to stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to our compliance strategies as well as coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and compliant business operations.

Required Experience:

  • Pharmaceuticals: 2 years (Required)
  • Rx Compliance: 2 years (Required)
  • Management: 2 years (Required)
  • License/Certification: Florida CDR License (Required)
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with regulatory authorities and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • New State Licensing & Renewals Project Management
  • State and Federal Reporting (Pharmaceuticals)
  • Ensure all SOPs are aligned to NABP standards
  • Support staff members on SOPs and manage Training Logs
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards
  • Manage new and ongoing projects with internal staff and external vendors

Information about, work hours, workdays, benefits, time off, etc.  20-30hrs/week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30am-4:30pm with flexible days and hours. (part-time)

Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and work hours.

Benefits: Time off is flexible and negotiable.  No benefits at this time but company willing to reimburse the Company cost for the employees choice of benefits from the open market.  Salary range reflects a higher rate to assist employees with self insurance.
